Hello Everyone!

As I mentioned in my October 29, 2014 NCM Blog; I’ve admired British actress Jane Seymour ever since saw her playing Marjorie Chisholm Armagh in Captains and the Kings a historical novel by Ms.Taylor Caldwell.  The book was adapted into an eight-part television miniseries in 1976
–
Feel Grand a 13-part series hosted by Jane Seymour debut was in October 2014 of which 11 episodes have aired on your National Public Broadcast TV station. I’ve included episode 12 below for your viewing below.  See NCM Blog posted below for the previous episodes topics.  The final episode will cover ancient remedies.
Prior to the Feel Grand series; I only knew of Jane Seymour mainly as an actress in the 70s and 80s.  I knew of the 90’s Dr. Quinn series.  When I stumbled across and announced the Feel Grand 13 episode series on Aging Gracefully; I was delighted to find a treasure chest full of inspiration, wisdom and common sense that is the essence of Jane. Seymour’s philosophy, lifestyle and career.
